SLPs: Resources are available!

As noted in the Indiana Resource Center for Autism's latest e-newsletter, "As a member of a multidisciplinary team or as an isolated professional, the SLP often needs access to standardized assessment in language functioning, pragmatics and social skills. It is not always practical for a school district or an agency to purchase extensive speech and language assessment materials. The Indiana Institute on Disability and Community has a collection of materials that may assist Indiana speech language pathologists."

CeDIR has these assessments in the library collection available to any SLP who lives or works in Indiana.  These materials circulate for four weeks at a time and can be renewed as long as no one else has requested them. The list of assessment and related materials can be found at: http://www.iidc.indiana.edu/index.php?pageId=3274
